Company Registration
Company Registration consists of 2 parts
1. Name Reservation
It take from 24 hour up to 7 days
Cost: R100.00 per reservation effort.
If you only have one name, one can submit it, but if is does not succeed you need to submit another name.
One to five names can be submitted at once, the first name not be be a duplicate name will be reserved.
2. Company Registration
After the name is reserved it, you will receive the company document to sign as directors.
Within 24 hour after all required documents is received from the directors you will receive your company registration documents.
Documents required on registration:
Certified id copies of each director
Postal and Physical address of each director
Contact number of each director
EMail Address of each director
Company contact number
Company email address
Company physical and postal address
Cost: R350.00
3 Renewal:
Every year you need to renew your registration, otherwise it will de register
Cost: R200.00
Reserve a name by completing the form and making your R100.00 deposit and sending it to skemp@bluecare.co.za
